
Cherryvel Schmidt, DMD
Dr. Schmidt graduated from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines in 1986, and continues to take yearly CE courses to stay updated in the latest advancements in dentistry. She has received advanced training and certification in Invisalign® aligners, straight wire orthodontics and advanced functional dentistry from LVI Global – Core 1. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Hawaii Dental Association.
Dr. Schmidt has been practicing dentistry for 32 years and is committed to serving the community in West Oahu by helping them understand the importance of having good oral health and its relation to their overall health. She enjoys educating patients and motivating them to achieve their healthy smiles. She believes that each patient deserves to be treated like family through personal commitment and quality care. She also believes in providing proactive services that not only treat current dental issues but foresee other ones, so that you are always at the forefront of your own dental health. Dr. Schmidt is fluent in Tagalog, allowing her to communicate with each patient to understand their needs.
Outside the office, Dr. Schmidt’s hobbies include reading, watching movies and going to the beach.

Dr. Ji Youn Lee
Dr. Jenny Lee was born in South Korea and grew up in Maryland before spending more than a decade in Boston, where she completed her studies and training. She graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Tufts provided her with an exceptional medical and clinical foundation that continues to guide her approach to patient care.
She provides comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on preventive care, helping patients avoid problems before they start and maintain long-term oral health. Her services include restorative treatments, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges and implants. Dedicated to excellence, she also pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in dentistry and provide the best care possible to her patients.
Her time practicing on Oʻahu has given Dr. Lee a deep appreciation for the islands, and she feels grateful for the opportunity to serve the local community. Her goal is to build lasting relationships based on trust and to help every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile through compassion and personalized care.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Lee loves soaking up the sun, hiking on beautiful trails, hunting down her next favorite spot to eat or unwinding by the ocean with sand between her toes.
